Introducing the first of it’s kind, the SAM SINGH x MARK SERRANO Vince Carter Collab!
What a great honour it was to collaborate with Toronto lettering artist Mark Serrano on a portrait of the greatest Toronto Raptor of all time, Vince “Vinsanity” Carter. Vince may be “half man half amazing”, but he is 100% Raptor in this piece.
Check out some Behind the Scenes shots of our collaboration here.

This second piece is inspired by Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Game 4 was a pivotal moment for the Dallas Mavericks after a 3 game losing streak, so I thought I'd make a hype poster highlighting their crucial match up against the Boston Celtics for the championship.

Cover art for "I Spy: After Hotel Rwanda" podcast for Foreign Policy Magazine of Mr. Paul Rusesabagina.
I had the honour to draw a portrait of Mr. Rusesabagina, a man known for saving over twelve thousand lives during the 1994 genocide. The 4-part podcast series covers Paul's bizarre abduction in 2020, his 2-year long imprisonment, interrogation, torture, and the miraculous effort it took to bring him home.
HUGE THANK YOU to my AD Brooks Robinson for giving me a playground to explore more heavy handed topics. I had a great time discovering the voice for this piece with your guidance.

Part of a series of concept illustrations for The No Compromise Black Skin Care Guide by Canadian author and skin theologian C. R. Cooper.
Each piece tackles a common skin care myth or bad practice for black men and teenagers. This piece addresses the agonizing task of shaving with ingrown hairs, and how powerfully painful the process can be if done incorrectly. This does not look fun, but the art is pretty fun!
